Effective Date: 11/30/2022Please read these Terms of Sale carefully before making an Online purchase from SAINTQ. (“SAINTQ,” “we,” “us” or “our”) through our website. By purchasing items through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale and our TERMS OF SALE, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions in these Terms of Sale, do not purchase any items through the Site.
PAYMENTS
By providing a credit card or other payment method accepted by us, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order (including Taxes if applicable). If the payment method cannot be verified, is invalid or is not acceptable, your order will suspended or canceled. You must resolve any problem encountered in order to proceed with your order.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
You agree to pay any shipping and handling charges shown at the time you make a purchase. Any delivery date or times shown as part of the checkout process are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Unless stated otherwise, risk of loss or damage of an item passes to you upon delivery of the item to your specified delivery location.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
SAINTQ values our customers satisfaction. Our pieces are crafted with top-grade materials and hand finished for the highest quality.

Exchanges must be processed within 14 days of the original purchase. Pieces must be UNWORN and with its complete original packing. Please include the purchase receipt.
Please make note of the specific defect(s), and include your name, phone and address for reference. Items must be securely packed, and packages must be shipped back using a trackable method (such as Fed-Ex or UPS). Please be sure to keep the Return Tracking Number for your protection. All items should be insured for their full value.
Only merchandise received by SAINTQ can be processed for exchange.
If you are exchanging an item due to an error made by SAINTQ, we will cover the shipping costs.
All SAINTQ sales are final. SAINTQ does not offer refunds. Returns for exchange are valid within 14 business days of purchase. A valid receipt must accompany any exchange. SAINTQ will not exchange or credit any purchased item that is deemed worn or damaged.
*Exchange / Replacement pieces may take up to 21 days based on availability.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
SAINTQ reserves to the right to change the price of any of its items without notice to its customers.

Use of this site is at your sole risk. This site is provided on an “AS IS” - “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We reserve the right to terminate access to the site at any time. SAINTQ does not make any warranties or representations of any kind regarding the site or the use of imagery on the site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy or reliability. SAINTQ product images may vary slightly from the actual piece based on photo and lighting techniques. SAINTQ may change and update product images without notice. All images on the SAINTQ site are the property of SAINTQ and may not be used for any reason without express written permission.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Sale and your purchase of items through the Site will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. You hereby irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts located in Atlanta, Georgia with respect to any dispute related to these Terms of Sale or your purchase of an item through the Site that is not subject to arbitration under these Terms of Sale.
